Vero Beach Academy is excited to announce an exciting addition to our homeschool hybrid model. Introducing -  VBA H.O.M.E., a leveled system of support to help you homeschool your child, for those who are not attending class on campus. Because of the way COVID-19 has caused us to make changes in our lives, we want to be able to serve you and your family however you are schooling this upcoming school year. 

With our homeschool consulting program, a  certified teacher will meet with you in a 2 hour in-home consultation to help you create a plan with the curriculum of your choice that best meets your family’s needs. Follow up will include 2 scheduled check-ins of your child(ren)’s  progress, and up to two total hours of on call support via email, phone, text. At the end of the school year, we will also review your homeschool portfolio and sign off on your child’s annual homeschool evaluation required by the State of Florida. With this plan, you are given the ultimate control over your child’s curriculum and schedule but have the support and expertise of classroom teachers at your disposal. 

Additional support such as a pre-made homeschool binders, pre-written homeschool lesson plans, tailor made projects with rubrics, and formative assessments can be added as an à la carte option. Contact admissions@verobeachacademy.com for info!
