Once you decide that Vero Beach Academy's homeschool co-op is the right fit for your family, you should expect to pay the following fees to participate. Fees are subject to change  - all fees are non-refundable.


Application Fee: $200 per student

Enrollment Fee: $450 per student


Tuition Options:

Tuition: $4700 per year, per student

Tuition plus field trips: $4900 per year, per student

At-Home Learning Program: $1300


Tuition payment options include: 3 equal installments of $1567 in August, November and February. Or families can pay a monthly payment of $470 from August-May. 


All students in 5th-8th grade will need to pay a lab fee of $150 per year. This fee covers all lab materials.

Enrollment  procedure

We are honored that you have chosen to enroll your child in Vero Beach Academy's homeschool co-op. 


New Applicants

  • Fill out the application and pay the non-refundable application fee of $200 per student online.

  • Current students are offered priority enrollment until the end of February each school year. 

  • After March 1st, new student applications will be reviewed. Applications will either approved, waitlisted, or denied. 
  • Families are invited to meet our team and students will take a placement test to determine appropriate grade level. 
  • If invited to enroll, you will pay the $450 enrollment fee to secure the spot. 

  • You are only guaranteed a spot when you complete the enrollment application, receive approval, and pay the $450 enrollment fee per student. 

  • If a spot is not available, you will receive an email letting you know that you have been placed on the waiting list according to when you applied. Applications will be accepted throughout the year. You will have the option at that time to sign up for our At-Home Learning program.

  • If waitlisted, your application will remain on the waiting list until a spot becomes available. 

  • After your child is officially enrolled, you will be sent a parent/student handbook to review and sign via our database called Operoo/School Status.
