Enrollment Process


  • Once you decide that VBA is the right fit for your family, take a look at the 3 FEES that you should expect to pay to participate in the co-op. 
  • Download the  application below.
  • Type your responses on the form directly and email the completed application to admissions@verobeachacademy.com.
  • Stop by the Administrative Center to fill out the Medical Release form (needs to be notarized) and pay the Enrollment Fee of $150 (non-refundable) at First Church of the Nazarene. The Administrative Center is open with a notary available Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for your convenience. 
  • The Administrative Center is located at 2676 12th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 which is the house facing 12th Street on the church property. 

enrolling for the 2020-2021 School Year will Begin March 1st


  • A Student Handbook & Parental Background Check Forms will be given to you upon Enrollment.  
  • Please read, review, sign, and return them to the Administrative Center or contact the office to schedule a meeting to discuss any questions you may have. Each page of the handbook should be initialed.  
  • Pay the Book Fee when you return the Student Handbook & Background Checks to the Administrative Center within 30 days.
